Below is a list of problems that people sometimes have in response to a very stressful experience. Please read each problem carefully and then circle one of the numbers to the right to indicate how much you have been bothered by that problem in the past month. When you hit "

If you would like your PTSD diagnosis as soon as possible, we can call you within 24 hours to complete the semi-structured interview which usually lasts 10-15 minutes. Based on your self-test and the semi-structured interview, we will send you medical records reflecting your PTSD diagnosis (if warranted) for a cost of $99. You only pay once you are approved. Pay nothing if it is found that you do not have PTSD.
